Disappointing Pics

Yeah, I'm pretty pleased with myself for lying my way into a job I shouldn't have and honesting my way out of a tryst I also shouldn't have .
Confused? I am too.
I'm already bored at work, which is bad, because it gives me time to think. Today I decided I'd develop an irrational fear of revolving doors. I spent at least twenty minute entertaining morbid fantasies about being mashed into a bloody pulp by a revolving door during the downtown lunch-time moshpit. For one gruesome moment, I'd be the world's greatest street performer. Cooler than 10,000 mimes!

I'm not supposed to read any outgoing files at work -except for proofing new drafts of outgoing correspondence- but I do anyway.
I opened a photo file of P.I. produced so-called adultery pics, commisioned by someome with no first initial,to follow around a middle-aged, non-descript couple doing pretty much nothing except eating lunch at the same lousy place many, many times over a two year period. I can't access the text files on this case, so I don't even know who is the spouse and who is the suspect. The big highlight was a public hugging shot. So what? I was bummed. I was looking forward to getting paid for gawking at vicarious ,voyeuristic and intrusive thrill pics. I saw mundane meals and one broad daylight crowded sidewalk hug scene instead.
Two respectable looking folks taking lunch in the romantic hot spot that is the (BigBank) cafeteria. If they are eating there and fucking, it's a hate fuck.
It's one of those places where they define "Marsala" as ladling some brown gloop and botulistic canned mushrooms over a piece of 'chicken' that was deep fried, spent the morning languishing in a slightly underpowered steam table, eventually got nuked and fed to someone who ,with any luck, has a high tolerance to almost anything fatal or toxic, even if it's deadlier and as unpleasant as Ebola or U-235.
Man, what a dull set of pics, proving nothing-no hotel shots, no pics of cars parked where they shouldn't be-nothing. Boooorrrinnng!

These two look like they share a common interest in discussing the weather. Or work. Ick.

Someone was freaky enough to want to buy this investigation, and someone else was ready to charge them $1,200 a day for taking some very boring and poorly composed surreptitous photos of dull people having lunch. (Plus a shit load of 'expenses' I can't access)
Oh well. Tommorow I'm taking a half-day so I can mix a local band I've never heard of, but I'll be training (not the one) a cool woman on the sound board. It's not that difficult, but we need more engineers badly. And they need proper training. Sunday is a Cuban percussion band ( 8 a.m-ouch!) and Friday night should have somebody -not sure who yet. I talked with Dustin, our news director, and he said he wants to set up an in-house and remote live production dept. Guess who the #1 choice for running this is? Right the first time!
Saturday I'm covering the Tim Kaine town meeting. Hopefully I can edit down enough audio for a 5-6 minute local news spot-and help myself use the transcripts to prepare questions for the interview. If they let me do it. Who knows? Everything's new.
For a welcome change.

Sounds like someone has too much money and too much time on their hands and is getting a little paranoid.
